Our Energy Savings Calculator is designed specifically for owners and occupiers of industrial type buildings such as manufacturing and warehousing/storage companies. In addition, we offer bespoke energy management services to government institutions, schools, hospitals and business parks or anyone using large scale business premises, please contact us to make an enquiry.

The calculator takes you through a set of simple questions aimed at assessing your building, your current energy use and the extent of energy saving available. You can then elect to ask us to arrange a FREE no obligation survey.

The survey will confirm the level of saving we can guarantee and set out the cost associated with producing this saving. No immediate capital payment is needed. Instead we invest all the capital needed in the energy efficient technology used to generate the energy saving. In return you agree to pay a fixed fee each month out of the saving we generate. The fee paid is normally much less than the saving you make, giving you a net profit each year.

All solutions are covered by our Guaranteed Energy Savings Agreement. Effectively you are hiring the equipment we use to create the energy savings. The agreement initially lasts for 5 years and is backed by our Savings Guarantee. The Savings Guarantee removes the risk - if we do not deliver the guaranteed first year savings expected we will take the system out, repay you your money and terminate the agreement.
